We wrote the novel we wanted to read. After spending countless days FaceTiming across the country and spanning oceans to talk about our favorite stories, we decided to create a world of our own: one that blends the magic we wish existed with the emotional truths we’ve lived. Oath of the Ruined is rooted in our own experiences navigating complex romantic, platonic, and familial relationships, making the characters, their struggles, and their triumphs feel deeply personal and rooted in a reality of their own.
